Promote customer awareness through public education programs, Consultation, online awareness, Media Press releases & social media.  

The Authority is responsible for informing the public of matters relating to a utility service. One of the most interactive manner in which the Authority undertakes this function is by doing public awareness sessions to educate customers on various aspects of a utility service that is considered relevant for customers to be made aware of.
