Currently, the grid is managed and operated by the Loltong Hydro Committee who has registered as a company with the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission and obtained a business license with the Provincial Government under the name “Leon Vanua Pico Hydro PV Solar Hybrid Mini Grid”. The Loltong Hydro Committee is supported by the DoE and is responsible for providing electricity to 105 Households as of 2024.
