The Utilities Regulatory Authority (URA) is seeking to recruit an Administrative Assistant.

Scope of the Role

The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in the URA as he or she will be responsible for the general management and operational support for officers of the URA and undertaken a variety of office support tasks and work.

The Administrative Assistant will report directly to the Manager Admin.

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration and/or Office Management OR related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the private sector or public sector in an office administration environment preferably in a service-oriented company or previous work experience in the private sector.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Applications.
  • Excellent presentation and communication (oral and written) skills and the qualities to create and deliver a compelling presentation.
  • Reporting writing, can produce a report conveying information.
  • Good scheduling, planning, time management skills, problem-solving, and innovative thinking.
  • High level of ethical and professional integrity.
  • Able to work in a team and under minimal supervision.
