The utility operating and managing the Water Supply network at Luganville Santo is the Department of Water Resources (DoWR). The Luganville water network is a government-owned and operated water supply system. The Luganville water supply system comes from a borehole.

There are two (2) storage water tanks and two (2) steel reservoirs, 900 cubic meters at Sarakata and 1,100 cubic meters at the hospital area.

There are 3957 active customers on the network.
