Overview:

The aim of this report is to inform stakeholders in Vanuatu and abroad on what electricity prices is in June 2022 for selected consumption quantity and it also provides a comparative basis where electricity prices paid by customers in Vanuatu is compared with other different small Pacific Island countries across the region.

Due to COVID-19, the Authority was unable to issue a 2021 report, since the consecutive flow that allows for comparison between current and previous years report had been altered; thus, this report will only present and not compare the June 2022 Electricity prices for 26 (Newly added: Department of Energy – Vanuatu) utility companies in the Pacific region.
