Utilities Regulatory Authority (URA) is seeking to recruit a Regulatory Analyst Intern to join its Regulatory Economics and Accounting Division (RAEAD). This is a One (1) year contract position based at the URA Office in Port Vila.

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree Economics, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Understanding of macro and micro economic principles, as well as Accounting and Finance principles.
- Sound knowledge of Quantitative and qualitative analytical methods in Economics and Finance.
- Strong Finance and Economic writing and reporting skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English and Bislama; some understanding of French will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- The position is open to young graduates 25 years and under
