The Utilities Regulatory Authority (the Authority) has completed its review of the Vanuatu National Power and Water Authority (VANPAWA) electricity tariff application, which was submitted on 18th June 2026. 

The Authority conducted consultations with VANPAWA staff and electricity customers in Malekula and Tanna concession areas in July 2026 prior to finalizing the determination.

This uniform tariff determination will be effective for a period of three years from August 2026 to August 2029.
