The Utilities Regulatory Authority Commission (the Commission) issues this Water Tariff Commission Order Pursuant to section 18(1) of the Utilities Regulatory Authority Act No. 11 of 2007 (as amended) in respect of the Emtem Water Supply on Efate.

In the previous tariff review, the approved tariff determined primarily based on forecast operating expenses and water demand, together with allowance for depreciation and reasonable return. Based on these assumptions, the Commission approved a tariff of 191 VT per cubic meter.
